The app is available on iOS through the App Store. By creating an account and using the app, the user (hereinafter "the User") accepts these Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") without reservation.

2. Description of the service

BeHundred lets its users plan their workouts, post photo proof of their sessions (called "Proofs"), get a commitment score that reflects their training consistency, connect with other users and share their progress, join sports groups, clubs and challenges, and exchange messages with their connections.

The app is offered free of charge. Premium features may be offered later as a paid subscription. Users will be informed of any pricing change before it takes effect.

3. Sign-up and user account

To use BeHundred, the User must create an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password (at least 8 characters, including at least 1 digit). A verification code is sent by email to confirm the sign-up.

The User agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential. Any use of the account is deemed to be made by the User themselves.

The User must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users aged 16 to 18 need the consent of a legal guardian.

4. Use of the service

The User agrees to use BeHundred in line with its purpose (training tracking and social sharing), not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, pornographic or that infringes the rights of others, not to impersonate another user, not to attempt to bypass the app's security measures, not to use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes, and not to post fake proof of training (fraudulent Proofs).

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not follow these rules, without notice or compensation.

5. Commitment score

The commitment score is calculated automatically based on how consistently the User completes the workouts they planned. This score is for information only and is in no way a medical or athletic assessment. The Publisher cannot be held liable for decisions the User makes based on this score.

6. User content

The User remains the owner of the content they post (photos, text, comments). By posting content on BeHundred, the User grants the Publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce and distribute this content as needed to operate the app.

The User can delete their content at any time. Deleting their account deletes their data and content, under the conditions described in the Privacy policy.

7. Reporting system

The app has a reporting system that lets Users report any inappropriate content. The Publisher undertakes to review reports within a reasonable time and to take appropriate action.

8. Intellectual property

The BeHundred app, its design, source code, features and brand are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

The Publisher provides the app "as is" and does not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates, for damage resulting from the use of or inability to use the app, for content posted by Users, for injuries or physical harm related to sports practice, or for data loss in cases of force majeure.

10. Account deletion

The User can delete their account at any time from the app settings (Settings > Delete my account). This action cannot be undone. It deletes the account and the associated data, under the conditions described in section 6 of the Privacy policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change through a notification in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the new Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those with jurisdiction over the Publisher's registered office.

13. Contact

For any question about these Terms, the User can contact the Publisher at: contact@behundred.fr
